What is a zine?
The name "zine" comes from the shortening of the word "magazine". Most zines follow a theme or are for a specific fandom, characters, or ship that is shared among all of the pieces within the project.
What is the theme of this project?
This project is a pin-up (or suggestive) art book that centers around Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Damien Wayne, Barbara Gordon, Stephanie Brown, and Duke Thomas.
What do you mean "suggestive"?
While the pieces for the zine will be mature in nature, i.e. different Robins in lingerie or lewd positions, there will not be explicit content, meaning none of the characters will be entirely naked nor will they be engaging in sexual acts.
What are the specifications for the zine?
The zine itself will be an A5-size art book. Sizes of merch are to be determined, and artists will be given merch templates to ensure that sizes and resolution comply with manufacturers' requirements.
What are are you looking for in applicants?
We're looking for artists that share a love of DC Comics and all Robins, even if they aren't being featured in this zine. We will not tolerate any applicant being a part of/condoning any acts of bullying or harassment, as this is against the zine's rules that will be listed in the Discord server.
Are people below the age of 18 allowed to apply?
Due to the nature of the content in this zine, we are not allowing anyone under the age of 18 to participate.
